Can I exchange an item?

We are unable at this time to make exchanges directly, however if you would like to make an exchange for a different size, color or style, please return your unworn shoes for a full refund and place a new order.

How do I track my order?

Once you’ve received your shipping confirmation email you can track the status of your delivery by visiting the courier’s website and entering your tracking number.

How do I cancel or change my order?

If you need to cancel or change your order, email us immediately at support@bellsandbecks.com and we’ll do our best to modify it before it ships. If it’s already been packed, we won’t be able to change it.

What’s the best way to care for my Bells & Becks shoes?

For leather, use a damp cloth for excess dirt, and a leather conditioner every so often for extra TLC. For suede, protect with a water-repellant spray. To clean and remove light scuff marks on suede, gently sweep with a dry soft brush after wearing. (For more prominent marks, use a suede eraser.)

What is the best way to carry shoes on the go?

Make sure to use the Bells & Becks dust bag that arrives with each pair. Packing your shoes in our dust bag will ensure that your shoes are protected when you travel.

Why are the soles of my shoes a bit slippery?

Bells & Becks shoes feature all-leather soles. We love the beauty of our leather soles –each one is different and will wear uniquely. Because of the all-leather sole, initial wear may be slightly slippery, but will this will disappear quickly as the sole starts to wear.
