Shipping & Returns
We offer FREE ground shipping on all US orders. Depending on where you are located, your shipment will arrive in 5-7 business days within the Continental US. Expedited shipping is available for an additional charge. For expedited shipping requests, please email us at email@example.com.
All orders ship with delivery confirmation so that you can track your package. We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit. Please confirm your billing and shipping address when placing an order as we are unable to reroute packages. Standard shipping does not include insurance.
Bells & Becks offers free returns for items that are in perfect, unused condition with original packaging within the US only.
We hope you love your purchase, but if for whatever reason, you aren’t happy with it, please let us know within 14 days of the delivery date. Unfortunately, after 14 days we are unable to offer a refund.
To request a return, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, and one of our team members will get back to you shortly with return instructions.
All returns should be in new, unworn condition in the original packaging. We recommend trying on shoes and boots on a carpeted surface to keep leather soles from scuffing. Any returns that arrive with signs of wear are ineligible for return and will automatically be reshipped to the sender upon receipt.
Canada and International Shipments: Please note that we are unable to cover the cost of returns from Canada and other International locations. Please contact email@example.com for questions regarding Canada or other International shipments.
Please allow 3-4 business days for your return to be processed once we receive your item and then 5-10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account. Your refund will be credited back to the original form of payment.
