Returns & Exchanges
Bells & Becks offers free returns for items that are in perfect, unused condition with original packaging within the US.
We hope you love your purchase, but if for whatever reason, you aren’t happy with it, please let us know within 14 days of the delivery date. Unfortunately, after 14 days we are unable to offer a refund.
All returns should be in new, unworn condition in the original packaging. We recommend trying on shoes and boots on a carpeted surface to keep leather soles from scuffing. Any returns that arrive with signs of wear are ineligible for return and will automatically be reshipped to the sender upon receipt.
Canada and International Shipments: Please note that we are unable to cover the cost of returns from Canada and other International locations, and we are not responsible for any duty/taxes paid. Please contact support@bellsandbecks.com for questions regarding Canada or other International shipments.
