Hi friends,
We're in the thick of it now! Everything comes so fast as the year draws to a close—the gatherings, the holiday errands, the gifts, the messages from friends near and far. In all the excitement, I hope you’re capturing moments of calm, whether it’s a quiet cup of tea in the morning or an evening walk to see the holiday lights. For my part, I’m about to embark on our annual family vacation to Maui, a tradition I feel more and more grateful for every year.
As I pack my essentials (the Emma in Ivory is definitely coming along) and look forward to catching my breath, I'm taking a moment to raise a glass to you and the year ahead. Here's to a happy and stylish 2025!

What I’m…
Our family has a tradition of heading to Maui at the end of every year. There's nothing quite like trading holiday bustle for tropical sunsets, connecting with the people I love, and finally sinking into that book I've been saving for the beach.
I’ve had Glynnis MacNicol's book on my mind for months, and can’t wait to finish it when I’m in Hawaii. MacNicol’s post-pandemic Paris wanderings make the case that pleasure can—and should!—be joyfully, intentionally pursued in all its forms.
I was on pins and needles watching the first season of this terrifying thriller series—and I’m waiting breathlessly for the new season to be released on December 26!
I’ve been experimenting with making this spiced-up version of the classic Moscow Mule, which melds the zing of ginger beer with the tartness of fresh cranberry juice. Add whatever spices you like best—cinnamon, cloves, a dash of nutmeg—and garnish with sugared cranberries or candied ginger if you’re feeling fancy.
I love a fancy flat that can easily dress up any look, and I never shy away from bling. The Emma is my forever go-to: sophisticated, comfortable, and just a little playful.
